Whether you’re nearly finished with your submission or have been putting it off and are planning to get everything done this week, the deadline is coming soon!!

Start or edit your submission here!

Get some tips from our submission form process, make sure all of your teammates have accepted their invitations to join the project, and use the checklist below to make sure you’re all set by the deadline!

Please keep this key milestone in mind for your final week:

⚠️  Access Reminder:

To ensure you can build and iterate through the weekend without interruption, please request access to the GitLab AI Hackathon group by 3 pm EST on Friday, March 20. Getting your access confirmed by Friday ensures you can focus entirely on your project over the weekend rather than waiting on a pending approval.

📝  Submission checklist:

Are you creating a working AI agent or flow on the GitLab Duo Agent Platform that helps with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). and performs direct actions beyond simple text-based chat?Did you publish the Agent in the GitLab AI Hackathon group here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-ai-hackathon?

Are all of your teammates added to your submission form? Remind them to accept the invitation so that they’re listed on the project submission!

Have you created a submission video? Is your video public, coherent, and shows your app working. Reminder that any content over three minutes will not be viewed by judges.

Did you provide a link to your public code repository?

Did you include an open-source license within your project?

Did you provide a link to your published agent?

Be sure to read through the official rules more than once. Or better yet, have a friend or colleague provide a second pair of eyes to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

Good luck!
