Flow - Session creation throwing exception if I add create merge request note or create PR as tools

I have created flow and deployed through tags. But the session is not getting created while I tag @ai-green-pipeline-flow-gitlab-ai-hackathon in a MR. It is throwing below exception. Basic tools working, it is throwing exception if I add create merge request note or create PR.

    No response in discord yet. Since we have only 4 more days, instead of flow converted to agent mode and tested. Submitted the project with available option.
