Error when Creating Duo Triggers

I'm trying to create a trigger for my custom flow (DuoOps Autofix) in my participant project but getting "The resource that you are attempting to access does not exist or you don't have permission to perform this action." I think I need Maintainer role. Can someone help? Project: gitlab-ai-hackathon/participants/28017372
